Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service department at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery for a Return number. Please note that Gift Cards and Discount Prices are not eligible for return/refund.
Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from Suomen Valmennusakatemia Oy/ movementstick.eu and lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:
You must receive a Return Number from Suomen Valmennusakatemia before shipping the product to us. Products returned without a Return Number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded. Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the delivery of the product. Products must be returned undamaged in original packaging or similar. Supplement products must be unopened, and may not have broken container seals.
Returns must include a notation of the Return Number we provide for you and a proof of purchase. Returns must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included. (You may test your Movement Stick during this 30 day period, and still return it, as long as you have not damaged it during that time / product is in original condition. )
Return Shipping: #
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ship your return to the address provided at the time your Return Number is issued.
If you are shipping an item over 80 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable): #
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): #
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): #
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. Please not: Gift option is not in use at the moment.
Unauthorized Returns: #
Suomen Valmennusakatemia defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid and current Return Number issued by us. Failure to properly mark packages with a valid Return Number, or allowing an Return number to expire, will cause us to consider a return unauthorized. Any merchandise returned without a Return Number will not be subject to a refund or credit and we will discard the product. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized return.
Order Cancellation Policy: #
Your order begins processing as soon as you click the “Submit/ buy” button and finalize you order. After submission, it may be possible to cancel your order by emailing us directly. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be canceled. IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.
In the event that your order has already been shipped but you no longer wish to receive it, we can request that the carrier return it to us instead of delivering it to you. If the carrier agrees, they will charge us an additional fee for returning the shipment to us. Any fees billed to Suomen Valmennusakatemia as the result of any such RTS (Return to Sender) requests will be deducted from the total refund amount for the canceled order.
If you change your mind about the order or we are unable to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
