Basics is a general introduction video focusing on strength, flexibility and overall movement training. It presents relatively easy movements that you can start doing easily, without any extra time invested on technical issues.
Stretching video gives you examples focusing on different types of flexibility training. The core of the practice is dynamic active stretching along with static active (isometric) and static passive (relaxed) flexibility stretching. These will help you to improve your flexibility which is a very important foundation to everything else.
Fighter video includes more speed related movements that are familiar in different kinds of martial art and contact sports. The core of the practice is dynamic movement including different parts from Stretching and Strength. Fighter also challenges agility, coordination and skill learning abilities.
